About the oil

The rapeseeds are combined in the field and then transfered to the farm where the seeds are cleaned before being gently squeezed to extract the rapeseed oil. This process is called cold pressing, this means the seeds are simply squeezed without heat or chemicals therefore retaining all of the oils natural goodness.

The golden rapeseed oil is very versatile as it has a subtle nutty taste which is not as overpowering and dominant as olive oil. It is a great asset in the kitchen and can be used for everything from salad dressings, to stir frying and baking and is packed with goodness (For Nutrional information please click here) for all the family.
